Thank you for shopping with RAS Supply. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another when your order ships, which will include tracking information if applicable.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, integrated through WooCommerce Shipping, to offer reliable delivery services.
At checkout, you may see options for:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight or Priority Options (if available)
Shipping options and pricing are calculated based on your location and the weight/size of your items.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses (delivery times may vary)
International shipping is not available at this time.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Delivery address
- Weight and dimensions of the items in your order
- Chosen shipping method

5. Tracking and Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Allow 1–2 additional business days
- Contact the shipping carrier for further details

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Save all packaging and item(s)
- Take clear photos if applicable
