At RAS Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products and value your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our inventory and supply sources, we do not offer blanket return or refund guarantees. Instead, we handle all return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.


1. General Return Policy

We encourage you to carefully review all product details and specifications before placing your order. If you have questions before purchasing, please feel free to contact us — we’re here to help.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, unless the issue involves damage or defect.
  • Approval of returns is not guaranteed and is determined at our sole discretion.

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return (with photos if applicable)

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item did not match the product description (within reason)
  • The return request is approved by our support team

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take up to 7–10 business days after approval

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
